The free browser creator now ships the first part of the proven CLI model: ordered Pages, persistent Boards, per-image timing, and one combined local export.
Arrange scenes — available now
Upload up to eight images, reorder them, set each beat to three, five, or eight seconds, then choose Pages for scene switches or Board for a persistent composition.
The whole Flow renders locally into one video; no account or AI service is involved.
Drive timing from words
Import a script or SRT file, turn it into visual beats, and align drawing actions with narration. Export individual sketch clips or a CapCut-friendly rough-cut plan.
Users may supply finished images, generate them elsewhere, or connect their own provider keys.
Planned commercial model
The browser tool remains free. Creator is planned as a low-cost annual toolkit with templates, packaging, documentation, and updates.
The proposed founding price is $8/year, but payment will not open until the workflow is reliable enough to support.

Is Creator available now?
Pages and Board are available free in the browser now. SRT timing, saved project packages, named regions, and CLI handoff are still planned.
Will it require AI?
No. AI will be optional and bring-your-own-key. A folder of manually prepared assets is a complete supported workflow.
